IHA Guide to Statutes Relating to Iowa Public Hospitals

This guide is intended as a resource for the use by Iowa’s public hospitals. This is the
online edition of the guide, replacing the one published in 2001. The guide contains the
major statutes relating to public hospitals and Attorney General opinions of general
interest to public hospitals dating back to 1970. The Attorney General opinions are
included to provide guidance to hospitals with similar issues or questions.
